Hello, new to dirt oval and have question regarding shocks.
I picked up a used CW Rocket 2 that has been converted to AE big bore shocks.
Will the shock oils / spring rates that others are using with CW shocks be the same with the AE shocks?
Where can I get the stiffer springs like the CW for my shocks? The CW springs I've seen had a smaller ID.
Would it be beneficial to switch to the CW shocks or should I stick with these?

Thanks! I'm having a blast with the car now, but just can't get it totally dialed in.

CW part number 1820 is the spring kit for big bore shocks. They go up to 8# and should work on the AE shocks.

I am not sure what oil and pistons everyone is running in their big bores....I have heard 1.6 pistons with 30 weight oil.

Thanks for the reply! I've already ordered the springs.
