We might be outside racing Monday night 5/19. I talked to Walts today and they said. "IF" they can, they will have the track done for Monday night! I guess the track weathered the winter pretty good. I was told that it shouldn't take more than a few hours of work to get it ready, if the weather stays nice.
I would call Monday afternoon to find out for sure!!

We raced outdoors at Walts this past Monday-5/19. We a good crowd of EDM's considering most people thought we'd be indoors. I think we had 9 or 10 in the mod-motor class. The track got better as the night went on. It being the first night, the track needed to get run in. They had a few guys race the latemodels. One latemodel, driven by Joe Crisafulli, was increadabley fast in the A-main thanks to Jeff Ruperts 11-double. Joe turned in some blistering laps with a car that wasn't handeling that good. But the car wasn't bad for a car that was finished up a 1/2-hour before race time..lol. Joe turned in 41 laps in 4-minutes in the A-main. The lap count will go way up when the guys figure out these cars on dirt. I can't wait t race again!!

Sorry, Jim. I took that motor apart, and it was only a 13 quad. I'll give him something more obnoxious the next time he comes out. I'll probably have to give him a battery, too.
