Don't Let The Poor Weather Dampen Your Spirits!

So far we've only had 0.17" of rain at the farm. The current conditions are Light Rain at a rate of 0.01"/hr. The rain is supposed move out of the area by morning and be partly cloudy for the afternoon. High in the low 60's. (I have a Davis Weather Station at the Farm - Cool Toy!!)

The Good News is that the track is holding up good. On Wednesday, the track was dry and cracked. It needed some water anyway. The clay is Hard Packed and most of the water is just running off. You guys won't believe the surface when you see it...It is completely different from last year!!

I'll Update this post again tonight.
See Everyone on Saturday.

Hi Steve,

I plan on being there if possible. I built a fresh 27J body, and bought a 3300mah battery and charger to go with it. Hope to see ya all tommorrow.

For all you guys comming from the East (pert near all yall)

Hop on the NYS Thruway and head west. Get off at exit number 48A-
PEMBROKE/MEDINA. Go North on Rt 77 to Rt 31. Go West on Rt 31 through
Lockport. Just as you get out of the little city the road changes to a
divided highway and hits a traffic light. To the right is Upper Mountain
Road. On the near right there is a motorcycle shop. On the far right there
is a farm market. Railroad tracks behind them. Turn Right on to Upper
Mountain Road. Go 4 or 5 miles. Just before me is the Town Highway
buildings on the Left. The Little O is Just a bit farther on right (North)
side.

3945 Upper Mountain Road

if you go to www.mapquest.com (http://www.mapquest.com) you can get maps.

OK the weather station says that the last two days have drizzled down 0.42" of rain. The barometer is on the rise. The drizzle stopped around 7pm and a breeze has picked up to move the clouds along and outta here. WooHoo!! :D

I won't lie to ya the place is a bit wet, BUT, The Little O is still OK for tomarro's race. We'll have to pit everyone up in the driveway as the pasture is getting a bit soft. I am sure that tomarro morning I can get the track mopped up a little. Depending on what happens between now and noon, we might be able to roll off the first heat at noon or possibly just slightly delayed.
