jeff,
are the late models gonna be on the bill for the series or are they gonna run just for fun???
Jeff #M1
May 5th, 2003, 7:13 AM
We will run Late Models, if enough show up. Last year, there was a couple guys for one race, and a handful for another. This class always starts out great guns at the start of the year, then tails off.

If I stay over in the Buffalo area, I usually stay at Motel 6 in Amherst. Its only about 40 bucks, about 25 min from Little O and most importantly, about 20 feet from Hooters! LOL!

Well, imagine the hell right out of that!

Hey....I could have suggested the Tropicana....further to the Little O, but right next-door to the Sundowner!! LOL!

Thank you for the info.
Hey Bulldog, are you going? Had fun busting Slow Al's balls at Albany last Oct. with you. I'm really looking forward to following the Series this year. See you guy's at Little O.

You're following the whole series?!?! Cool! Hope you're not leasing a car! LOL!
Yeah, I'll be there w/ bells on (not really bells, but I'll be there)!

May 7th, 2003, 11:22 PM
C'mon Wear the Bells PLEASE!!! It will be fun, Just think of the great pictures it would make!
Billy, You the Man with the Motels! The two motels in Lockport are the closest but not too cheap. Amherst has a ton of motels and a ton of places to eat including Wally's favorite Place (and Mine) Hooters!
Buffalo all the way up to the Falls has motels, But at tourist trap prices.
Ran some laps and heats on the track tonight before the rain set in. The new surface looks like it may have potential!
Hope to see everyone here and hoping for great weather!

Okay fine! For next year, we'll make this race the "Hooters 100". No door prizes, just "Hooters Chicks" in bikinis. Will that satisfy everyone, or do they have to cook, too?
Bulldog_Wally14
May 8th, 2003, 11:37 AM
Hooters 100...the winner gets 100 wings! LOL! Guess they'll have to cook! Otherwise, why not just make it the "Ballet" 100?

Steve, the track was pretty good last night, I ran over 350 laps of practice before the track slicked out. I think the track will come around as it is early in the season. The heats looked very competive as some good laps were turned. Considering the weather outlook many drivers showed up to try out the first dirt race this season. I guess the cloudy conditions could'nt keep the drivers away. There were many good looking cars in the pits with a new driver starting his first race at Little "o". Bring those Sprints and Late Models next week.
