WDRA 2002 SDS Point Chase

At about the 2/3 mark of the season, I have been reviewing the points. And despite what you may think, the race is very close!

Though the race for total points appears to be a lock by Schmitt or Gruel, there is a longshot chance for Ridley to take it. With a double-points, a triple-points, and three single-points races yet to come, anything could happen. And that is what makes the race for the "Best Eight Average" so close.

Schmitt, Mott, Ridley, Gruel, Watier, Kimpton, Anderson, D'Agnolo, Carr, and a few other drivers, have better than legitimate shots at hauling down the other top prize!

I know there will be those of you who don't believe me, but I have been working lately. I know, I know, HA-HA, it is to laugh! However, I am going to attempt to get the individual point races (instead of the totals on DO.com) published on the WDRA website on Sunday. That's if John Q. can get off his dead a$$ and get the points to me the next day.

The race is very close!

Actually Terry, I "foofed"...here's the rundown:

stratmosphere.com 50 @ R/C World - single points
Putnam Propulsion 50 @ Latham - single points
Putnam Pro / Pole Position twin 75's @ Radio Hill - double points
NDRB 75 @ Kranzel's short-track - double points
WDRA 100 season finale @ RHR - triple points

thats the only way oval!! because I cant finsih the series....but it was a blast while it lasted!!!
