It was great to see all the Guys there. For 2 days, the racing was fast and furieous. While Coopers may have been a major event, this felt more like an intemant party amongst close friends. While the results were not what I had hoped, I still enjoyed myself. And all this close to home. This event can and will stand by itself. I would personally like to thank George Verbonitz for the tires and chassis help. Daryl Fogel, for the chassis advice and race set-up. Dave Mahr, for the councel and friendship, and next time do not stand below me on the drivers stand and talk to me every lap, it's hard enough to drive one of these things and listen to you and consintrate on trying to finish 2nd in the D main, but is was appreciated. A special thanks to Al Steck, for the horsepower. Really wish I could have raced against in the main. I really had a ball this weekend, although I did not bring anything home, I'm glad the bragging rights remain in Pennsylvania. The Willow Mill Gang Rules. I heard that George
verbonitz won the Sprint stock A....Way to go. Looks like I'll be taking alittle time off, then gearing up for the Keystone race. This time, I'll be taking time off work to practice on Thursday and Friday before.

Hey, Nick, I told Mike he can start his own signature now! He said he wouldn't do it.

stormer: Glad you had a great time at Dave's. Dirt Oval guys are absolutely the tightest knit group out there, especially when it comes to helping out one another.
The Winston Cup Champ's week was hectic here in NY. He had appearances on the TODAY show, closed the NY Stock Exchange and of course had to sit at the head table last Friday night to accept the Cup and his check. He and his posse did manage to find time to hang w/ the locals again this year, just at a different location.
It's great for all of us "dirt oval guys" to now have 2 awesome indoor facilities to host such big races... 3 including Walt's!

I would like to thank the Kranzels for the show they put on- nice job!!
I was amazed at the track-very smooth and very fast. It was my first time there and boy did it show!! I'm not used to that fast of a track.
Thank you Terry Brown for all your help!! I picked up 5 laps after changing my car to mid motor like you suggested.
Thanks to all in my heats, it was very clean racing even with me out there!!lol
I saw alot of cars out there that were painted up by Nick D.- great job Nick, they looked awesome!!!
Thanks Todd for scuffing up my tires in your hotel room- I thought the fire marshall would be knocking at the door any time!!!Boy, was it getting thick in there, I couldn't beleive that the smoke alarm didn't go off!!lol
I am sorry that I missed the pool game- who won anyways?????

Great job to everyone who came to race. There were the normal problems but everybody work through them and we all had a great time. I want to make a big THANK YOU to Dave Kranzel for letting me use your 4wd wedge and Terry Brown for letting me use your batteries in the my A-mains (thats a surprise me in a A-main LOL). To all who were in the 2wd wedge A-main a big THANK YOU for not running me over LOL.
Til the Keystone Race see you at Kranzels

techman, i am disappointed in you. I really thought you would ribb on me for losing to you in 2wd wedge. OK OK I gave it to you this time, lol, I was pathetically slow all weekend just to make up for knocking you two years ago in the a-main. Lol I'll get you next time though...I had fun too this weekend, didn't do very well but thats not always the most important thing. Take care everyone that was there.

You need 3 things to play, beer(of course),a second(or higher) floor room and a frozen over pool.
Drink enough beer to make the game seem worthwhile. After that its simple, the player with the can closest to the middle wins!

Just wanted to say to Craig "thank you for the motor help" i really appreciate it. I cant believe i finished 3rd. in the "a" in 4wd wedge. My first big race, and i loved every second of it, cant wait for the next one. Dave H. congradulations for making the the "a", you drove awesome all weekend. Techman Jeff, it's a shame what happened in the "a" with your 4wd wedge, cause you were fast my freind, but i'll be there on sunday to have some more good racing with you.Jim congrats to you for the win. You also had some really goood driving going on, but like i told you sunday, you have to come back and let us locals have another shot at you.LOL,Lol. Trey i am sorrry that some knucklebrain stole your bran spanking new 3000 pack.No matter what in life we do, someone always has to ruin a good thing, but whaat comes around goes around, and they will get it back...... See everyone on sunday...... Tom
