A-Main will be 8 cars for 15 minutes.
This 235’ banked oval is located @ 7868 Groveport Road.

Friday practice from 5:00pm to 10:30pm

Bob, It says DLMRA rules for 1/8 scale spec. That would be one of the 4 legal motors. Not the 5th motor of a 350 with a Big Red piston and sleeve in it.

I would like to know how you came up with the 10 cars and 15 minutes... Sounds like trouble to me... With that many cars at those speeds and racing for money it isnt safe for the corner marshals... 8 cars on that track will be tough enough... count me out unless there will be no corner marshal... if you crash marshal your own car... Ask Mike Denney about a race where there were too many cars on the track for the Amain... He almost got an ankle broke trying to marshal a car... by the time he got to the car, four more crashed almost hitting him...

Just when the racing got down to the 6.2 a lap range we had lap counting issues. It was either the sodium arc security light or short wave radio noise we have been told were the probable cause. We paid off from the 2nd round times. The Hubbard boys took top money Bob out front and Rob second.

Some were running foams in the heat of day track was quick.

I am very interested now that the weather is beginning to break. I would be interested in racing sundays the closer we get to winter. Cool days make for fun racing.

I would prefer Sat... but Sunday is alright... What time will they start racing and will it be on Sat. now that CBRCR is done for the season. Track is better under the lights and cooler for the racers... Gene and I had a blast the last time we where there hope the track continues to improve.... Hey Brian dont forget the York Rake for next year??? Jeff and you could share one... IMO every track that is large enough to race 8th scale cars should invest in one... it will cut track maint. in half... and they are not that expensive... :thumbsup:
