After much debate on other Forums it has been decided by the Track , Co- Promoter and the Group funding the Race. Instead of a winner take all format for this event, We will pay back to the top 5 in each Money Class..

Gas Open Late Model - $500 for 1st - $250 for 2nd- $100 for 3rd- $75 for 4th- $50- $25 for 5th

Gas Limited late Model - $250 for 1st- $100 for 2nd- $75 for 3rd- $50 for 4th- $25 for 5th.

Stuff like this will kill the race too. Remember this is a VRP race put on by Vince. FBI racing was the ones with the idea. The money is being put up by a third party. Don't be negative or they could pull the money out faster than you can turn on your radio.

Stuff like this will HURT VRP even more because people will associate them with FBI racing. So if you have a beef with FBI racing then take it to PM's to hash it out or call Vince but don't air your dirty laundry here.

Remember VRP oval is still in it's infancy so they need all the positive comments they can.

It doesn't matter. He probably won't be at the race anyway. There have been a few things come up on him and the track owner is going to have something for that race if he doesn't come up with what he was expected to have. It won't be a $2500 purse but it will be some kind of money. Everyone needs to know that this race is not promoted by VRP Raceway. VRP Raceway was approached to hold this event. They have nothing to do with what happens to fbiracing. They are being raked thru the coals on this just as bad and it is not their fault. They do have a backup plan in place just in case the money man doesn't come thru. I will keep everyone informed as to what happens after tomorrow. That is the deadline for payment on the race. I have been going to this track for a couple of weeks and I will say that Vince has a beautiful facility and the track gets better each week. He has treated me and all of the racers there with respect and fairness. I am willing to put up some of my personal money for VRP Raceway and not fbiracing if the deal falls thru.

Yeah guys. Don't hold VRP responsible because of the actions of FBIracing. Thats why Vince had set a dead line for the money to be deposited in his account so there would not be a chance of some Flim Flam going on and the winners not being paid.

Please come out and race still. FBIracing isn't involved with the race anymore so no worries now. Vince has put alot of effort into his track and you won't find a better one in my opinion. I promise you the locals will welcome you with open arms.

One other thing. This race is on the same weekend as the Nascar race at AMS. So their might be a chance that some folks from their might make an apperance. I'm not saying they will but they could
