View Full Version : 2010 QCRR Money Race

The race will be on Saturday August 28. We will be running edms, late models and sprints. The classes will be electric and will follow the West Central Illinois Series rules. Entry fee will be $20 a class. The track will open at noon, with open practice starting at 4. Controlled practice will start at 530 and racin at 7.

I'll try and make it, been a long time. Don't have the stuff to run the IL series rules though so might have to beg, borrow and maybe steal to be legal:D

Hey Tim - What are the EDM guys running? I know the 10.5 motors and the buggy chassis but any restrictions on the ESC, battery and tires?

If I have enough time I was tihinking about putting the old car back together.

If anyone has ran an EDM at Tim's track in Silvis, what equipment are you running?

The tires are street tracs. The motor is 10.5. The chassis is buggy.. And those are the rules i have been running.

Just wanted to say Thanks to Tim & Everyone at QCRR for a great race last night! My first time racing there, and I had a blast! The track was lots of fun hammering down up on the cushion!! Hope to make it back down to race again! :trophy:

Looks like Mike, Joe & I are headed for Dubuque Sept 11, instead of CRC.
I didn't do all that terrific it was a good learning experience fun track to race on. Talked to Murphy tonight he said the Wisc guys were coming to Dubuque on the 11th. Thats prob what I'll do and then hang it up for the summer.
