Sprint cars were very close, I think 2 seconds covered the 1st 6 cars in qualifying.

Another awesome night of racing on one of the smoothest tracks in the mid-west.....clean racing in ALL heats and mains......I think there were a couple more track records broken again this week.....I know for sure the super late models have a new record.....Alan would have run a 41, 4:01 had he not gotten helped in the infield on the last lap and he missed the loop.....but 41, 4:10 will be the new track record since the tracks new banking and such.....

And I have to say good job to Bob Warren......he has been getting faster and faster each week and keeps hanging in there working on his nitro sprint every week......always trying new things.....last night Bob TQ'ed and won with his best run ever at Bill's with a 38, 4:05.86

Seen several new faces sat night.....that was good to see.....I hope everyone had a great time and had plenty to eat.....LOL.....

Remember, this weekend is the first race of the 4 track series races.....therefore Bill will be running FRIDAY night @ 7PM.....track will be open around 4-4:30 racing starts at 7.....2 heats and the mains for those looking to make some laps before the series race.....Track has been super fast so far this year.....who will be the next track record holder?

And thanks again for all the out-of-towners for making the trip.....we hope you can make it back again soon!

Great night of racing. The track was as good as the food, and the program moved along as fast as the cars. Congrats to all the winners and a big thank you to all the people who help out at the track.

Big Bill has a nice track and I'm going to try to make it down a few more times this year to run with ya guys.

Bob, Bill is going to start on the track shortly after noon.....I will be heading down around 2-3....looks to be clean and green for tonight though.....if anything changes, I will post here and call ya....see ya in a few.....
