My :twocents:,
A-Arms id say both, aluminum is good for the open wheel cars & delrin for the LM's
Hubs, don't think it matters. Haven't broke one in years.
Bulkheads, both. Depends on where you want to disperse your weight, since almost every car nowadays needs weight added.
Bellcranks, never broke one, so I would say delrin.
Transcases, Again depends on where you would like to add weight, so id say both !
Hope this helps the process.

Make sure if you do Delrin frnt bulkheads you have CF cross braces and inner hinge pins long enough for them.

Thanks RJ, I agree it is needed.
I am just asking because I want to see where people stand, I prefer Aluminum in almost everything. But that may not be what everyone else wants.

I like alum bulkheads and arms up front with the associated caster blocks. That way insted of bending an arm, the caster block will just break.
Rear plastic arms with machined delrin carriers.
With the electric car delrin bellcranks are plenty tough enough.
As for the tranny case, don't change it! The delrin case works great!

Good, I really like that case. I'm gonna have to get an extra one soon.

Will you make a machined 2.4 case for a ball diff? Or will you let CW handle that unit.

Nodular iron or even Titanium You seen how I drive? Aluminum is good but you can tweak it and never know. That can drive you nuts. At lease delrin will break and let you know it's done.

we Already have some, just not released. I may have some with me this weekend at the PA tour race. But i beleive that CW already has it and that was the reason it in not released
