CVR Pit Information

If you are planning on pitting out of the back of your vehicle, or in a trailer, please post it up and let us know so we can plan out the pit area situation. We will try to accomodate everyone, but need to know your plans. Also if you would like to pit together with your racing buddies from your local track, get together and figure out how many spots you will need. Each space will be 10'x10' for EZ-Ups, and each EZ Up can accomodate 2-4 racers, so please let us know what you will be needing. We will try and reserve spots for "Track Teams" together so please let us know.

We will also be putting up bleachers in the middle of turns 3 and 4 for a place to relax and take in the racing action. Bring your families out for a great day of racing!

I plan on arriving at about track opening time on Friday and would like to work out of the back of my Ranger P/U under my E-Z up if possible. If not I would hope to be able to get close to my EZ-UP/pit with my P/U Friday and Saturday night to load everything but it and the tables to take back to the motel for work and safe keeping.

Jason, you WILL NOT be in the same spot. That entire area will be roped off for pits. LOL. We will put the trailers along the fence most likely inside of the pit area. Allan and I are probably gonna bring the trailer up.... but Its not certain yet.

Frank, We are gonna put a row for guys pitting out of the back of their vehicles right along the edge of the roped off pit area. This will keep the tailgaters close to the roped off pits.

The trailers will not be on top of eachother...lol. Jay, the trailers will be along the fence starting even to the drivers stand. Probably closer than you were before to the track...LOL.

Guys iam way to busy with other parts of the track to worry about reserving pit spots so just so every body knows its first come first serve except for guys with physical disabilities! As many guys that are coming there's no way everybody can pit out of the back of a truck. But will do are best! Thanks guys looking forward to seeing you all!!!! Brandon

Not sure Might be ok but make sure to have weight to hold them down as the wind can pick up there
It Will be a good idea to tie them down no mater what.
