Gas Truck Stuff

Can anyone recommend some bodies to run on gas truck? We're going to run pretty much stock RC10GT's. We're rookies so I am curious what is a good sturdy body that works well for dirt oval and is within the track rules. Also can you guys also point me to some good tires. I am hearing silver compound is good for this track. I will need for RC10GT and RC10GT2. Thanks - Paul

there are a couple bodes to choose from Mcallister racing bodys makes a couple of nice truck bodys factory works also makes a truck body and CDK makes a popular truck body both of those bodys can be had at bumps and jumps as far as tires go there are quite a few chosies there you could contact peanutsprint9 on here he is the owner operater of ourlaw r\c graphics and outlaw gripz racing tires he makes some real nice truck tires

Factory Works Roadkill bodys are good and will fit stock RC10GT's when you use long body post. most shops in the area sell them around $25. CDK are also good bodys but are a little more expensive than the Road Kill, though you cant go wrong with either.

Tires- look into BSR Tires, most guys run them and are the cheapest brand of foam tires that I know of.

CDK bodies handle very well considering they were engineered to give the most downforce and given the current truck rules you have the option to run a big sidedam. Can't go wrong with them. :thumbsup:

I can't say anything about the tires since I don't run truck BUT Rick is a great guy to deal with for graphics. Reasonable prices and great quality !!
