I can't seem to find where I posted the results from last year
I think there were about 70 entries, but I know mini's have severely died off around here.

I think we ran mod and stock in sprint and late model
I think we also ran a 4wd mod class any body.

Mini oval nationals - I will make a few changes this year - probably do a cash race instead of plaques - just because I am uncertain of the turnout without running them every week.
We will add the 1/10 slider class - you guys tell me the rules so I can get them posted.
Probably add a slash oval class too :)

Here are the rules we use at Port Royal RC Raceway:


Stock Slider Rules:
Vehicle Requirements:
Losi 1/10 Slider must be run in stock configuration or better known as "box stock". No aftermarket components can be added to the vehicle to enhance handling capabilities.
The only items that can be changed are as follows:
Gearing:Only Original Supplied spur gears may be changed.
Tires:
Only Losi 1/10 Slider tires can be used. The vehicle is stock with a standard compound tires. The stock Losi harder compound tire can be used for the front (LOSB7432) and rear (LOSB7462) of the vehicle. The stock "orange" colored foam MUST be used in all tires. Traction Compound is allowed.
Body:
Color and paint schemes can be changed.
Racers must use headers, roll bars, and nerf bars to keep scale look of vehicle. Racers can upgrade to chrome plated roll cage if desired. Rear wing position can be within standard range of adjustment for improved handling. Front and rear wings must be used at all times. Drivers helmet can be removed or holes can be added to aid in cooling the esc.
Suspension:
Any shock oil can be used. Only the Stock Losi Slider shocks may be used. Spring rates may be changed using only Optional Slider Losi 2" springs (LOSA5128 Red,LOSA5129 Orange,LOSA5130 Silver,LOSA5133 Green,LOSA5134 Blue,LOSA5135 Black)
Motor:
Only the stock slider LM-32K motor can be used.
Batteries:
Only Trinity "reference" 3600mah 6-cell batteries can be used in purchased form. Any connector may be used.
Electronics:
Vehicle must use all stock Losi electronics that are supplied with the vehicle. The are as follows:
ESC: LOSB9520 MSC12RB Fwd/Rev ESC (reverse can not be used during racing events and must be programmed out of ESC prior to racing).
Radio and Receiver: LOSB0805 LSR-3000 DSM Transmitter LOSB0806 MRX-3000 DSM Receiver
Servo: LOSB0818 MSX-Digital Servo



Limited Slider Rules:
Vehicle Requirements:

Colors and Paint schemes may changed. Racers must use headers,roll bars, and nerf bars to retain scale look. Rear wing must remain within standard adjustment range. Front and Rear wings must be used at all times. Drivers helmet and holes may be removed to aid in electronics cooling.

One weekend to go . What rules are you using?

We will use the above rules for Stock slider and Mod Slider
we will also run stock slash - which you can find the rules on the web site
Mini's will be 4 classes
Stock mini slider 2wd
Stock mini late model 2wd
Mod mini late model 2wd
and mod mini 4wd

all classes will allow 2 cell lipo with any mah rating - stock must use stock motors, esc's and essentially be stock - upgrades are allowed as long as they are not performance parts - ie aluminum arms do not make your car go faster.

Gil and I are running mods, plus I might run stock mini LM, and stock mini slider.....not sure yet about slash, depends on how much entries are.

im going to drive the cisney mobile 1-10 slider plus mod mini, steinl is running my mini lm stock

Entry will be $20 each class - no 2nd class discount - with $8 from each entry going into payout.
That is $120 payout based on 15 in each class - I will split it up across a percentage - that I haven't had time to look at yet (maybe someone wants to do some math for me) - I would like to pay down through the A's - not just the top 2
10 cars in a heat - 2 car bumps.

I guess we were both on different pages, sorry . I asked earlier about a campfire and never saw an answer . Maybe I missed it. And your other repley I guess I just didn't understand the humor, sorry again . I am just trying to put together a three day camping / racing weekend and I was just trying to find out some things ahead of time . I work nights so I am on a little different schedule than most as far as being able to be ready to leave Friday morning . Thats why I was trying to get answers a week or so ahead of time . Sorry again for trying to get my plans in order. I'll not ask any more questions . See everyone there tomorrow . Too bad I couldn't get the answers ahead of time though . We lost two racers.
