I'm sorry to break up the under-employed chat area with some pertinent business, but I'm used to being the spoil sport.
Back by popular demand and a personal request to understand "where does my money go" we will hod the CD R/C Racers Annual Meeting Jan 20. at the Autotask Facility. Pizza and soda will be served, so please help me with a head count.
This is for all CD R/C Racers or want to be racers, Sunday, Monday, Friday, all should attend
This meeting will include:
Board Of Directors' Review
Financial Review
Indoor Season Review and Planning
Rules
Classes
Points
Summer Season Planning
Rules
Classes
Points
Special Events
Memberships (yes remember those!) will be due in Jan. Dave L is the coordinator. He will have the cards soon, but can take your info and money any time now:
Adult $20
Junior <12 $10
Maximum family fees $40
Fees include a T-Shirt (or as I've heard them affectionately called, tire rag)
As we have a huge number of shirts left from the last few years we will be using them and saving our funds for next year.
Starting Feb 1 non-members will pay $5 more per entry
Autotask is conveniently located just of Exit 9 of I-90 in E. Greenbush

First Right onto Manix Rd
First Right onto Tech Vally Drive
1/2 mile in, first building on the right
Many GPS systems have difficulty with the address as it's a private road.
