Customer Appreciation Benefits
All customers who have purchased products with T2C starting January 1, 2010 will be eligible to receive rewards points on their purchases. Employees, Contractors are not eligible for rewards points on their purchases.
As a customer of T2C Racing Products, you can earn 1 point for nearly every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Items" below). Points will vest and be available for redemption in your account approximately 30 days from the purchase date on your order. You may earn additional Points by purchasing T2C Manufactured Parts (Double Points) and/or special offers and promotions. Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Items" below). When products are returned to the store or by mail, points will be deducted for those items returned. Rewards Points are non-transferable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Customer Rewards points will expire after 180 days from the date of purchase if the vested points balance does not reach the 250 point threshold required to redeem the points for a store credit.For every 250 Points you earn in the Customer Rewards Points program, you will be eligible to receive a $5 store credit towards future purchases of any qualifying products. Once you have more than 250 Points that are 'vested', they will automatically be redeemed for a store credit approximately 30 days after the initial purchase date. Redeemed rewards points get added to your Store Credit balance to be used for future purchases and may only be used for a discount off purchase amounts equal to, or greater than, the amount of the sum of the Rewards Points Store Credit total in your account, excluding sales tax. Rewards Points store credits may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed purchase amount. Each redeemed Rewards Points store credit amount will expire if not redeemed within 90 days from the date it is issued. Rewards Points credits used to purchase products are non-refundable for product returns. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Non-Qualifying Items
Customer Rewards Points will not be earned for the following: DODC Motors, DODC Batteries, Gift Voucher purchases, instant discounts, discount coupons, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.
Customer Rewards Store Credits may not be used for discounts off the following: prior purchases, purchase of Gift Vouchers, purchases made for resale, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, and commercial account purchases. Other exclusions may apply.
