Just got home from bumps and my production manager said he is going to start sending the pics as they finish up the parts. Here is the first pic of one of the predators "production" parts.
This the machined trans case that allows HPI and SC10 gear diffs. Fit is all cars that use B3 trans and uses the same foot print as a B3 case.
All this week we will be posting pics of the new parts as the production models are finished.
This is the standard trans for the car kits and a limited number of these trans cases will be available in the next week. we have to make sure we have the correct amount allocted to the Car kits.

I just had a valid email asking about this.
This trans case allows the use of the SC10 and/or the HPI gear diff like the Kyrptonite uses for any cars that have or use the B3 trans case. it is cut out just like the b3 on the bottom so even fit terminator cars.

Just and FYI, there is no bearing installed on the case so the gear lash is not accurate in the pics. these are New cases coming off production they only use a pin gauge to measure the bearing seat. the gear lash of these transmission are perfect and will run as free as a used trans each time you assemble it.

Here is the new predator Machined Delrin Rear Carriers. These also allows you to change the roll center of the car.
Must be used with a the Predator Machined rear Arm in order to change the roll center.
these are also .100 narrower allowing the use of a trust spacer on the outside bearing and a internal spacer for the bearing.
They also feature 3 camber link mounting position on the top.

If you go of the Current Trans that are available, it is the Nitro Trans (gt) from Chris that allows both diffs.

Pay no attention....It's good to see another manufacturer join the Dirt Oval hobby. It was just a few years ago that Associated quit making the B3 case and we were all wondering if the world was going to end. Now we can get them from five different places and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
I will assume he invented the concept of applying foam donuts to plastic wheels...surely it wasn't COPIED? :D
Lighten up guys. Have you looked at EVERY other type of RC racing? If it wasn't for colored anodizing you couldn't tell any pan car or touring car apart. Virtually every part on them is interchangable. Short Course trucks? 1/8 scale off road? See a pattern here?
Welcome to the Dirt T2.

Yes very well said, and at least you are listing the product on your site. Some sites u go on have nothing listed for parts or prices, so it's constantly a guessing game. Make the product available and affordable, and you will get all the buisness. Welcome!!:thumbsup:

Welcome to the Dirt T2.You should know what transpired before you post what you do not know. Love when someone thinks they know what is going on!!!!!!!!!!! Let say if it was you your opinion would be different.
Putting foam tires on a rim is not even close to the same idea. Such a dumbass example its not even funny. Gee I guess Goodyear, Firestone, Bridgestone, Cooper and all other tire companies shouldn't put tires on real cars in a garage with a tire machine. You gotta be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!

On another note the pics look good and the parts look nice as well. The rear hubs are pretty trick. The adjustable roll centers work great in offroad cars so it should be just as cool for an oval car.

There is absolutely nothing in my post that I do not know to be true. So to say I posted what I do not know or that I do not know what is going on and that makes my post invalid is...well, Dumbass.
IF there is something else going on behind the scenes that YOU feel should be presented to the world. THEN DO IT. Veiled comments and post on an open forum do nothing to further YOUR cause or help inform the rest of the hobby of a potential issue with a supplier.
I merely posted that calling someone out for copying is a bit much in the RC hobby. Or the real world of racing for that matter.
In my opinion (is that better) the products from T2 are not out of line with anything that has been done in the past or will continue to be done in the future with every facet of the RC industry and real life racing.

Guys, Calm Down. The best thing to do is to ask Chris. Not to sit here and bash a person, and company that you have never even talked too. This Thread is here to present new products from my company. The choice is yours to purchase the brands you want and support. If you feel that it is your duty to police the design department, I would suggest you to start a manufacturing company.
Now as for copying, I do my own concepts, designs and drawings. If you know me and have spoken to me, then you know I think way outside the box and generally need to be brought into perspective more then not concerning oval car designs. If this is a copy of anything it would be a copy of a AE designed trans from years ago. 90% of the trans are based off the stealth trans.
As manufactures, we try to manufacture products that fit multiple car brands to increase production and to lower prices, and that is about as simple as it gets.
This Trans was develop to reduce the cost of the cars and it is a good upgrade that comes stock in the Predator kits and that is about it.

The parties that know about it are already handling it.

Onto the same old question is when are you going to have the new ride ready to go? It does have some interesting features that are unique. If it ends up like the pics it will be pretty trick car.

Hey great run by Jamie Hanson this weekend. Was about 20 seconds or less from being in the A main 13.5 LM and had a little bad luck. Still nice run for a new car with zero test time on it.
