racing 11/14/09

hi i was planning on making my first trip to the track this coming sat. what time do the doors open? how has the crowd been, what time do the races tend to get done by, and also i will be running 13.5 EDM has there been any of those there weekly? thanks and please add any other useful information about the track if you have it. thanks!

The doors open about 9:00am. They have been getting between 80 to 100 cars as everyone is getting ready for the OW. They usually finish between 9:00pm to 10:00pm. Not sure how many 13.5 EDM's they have been getting but there should be enough to have a class this week. Only ran sprints last week so everybody will be chomping at the bit to get out.

just wanna thank all you guys for the help. made it to the track and actually ended up Tq in the EDM class. i know all the top guns werent there but it still felt nice to go and do well the first shot out. i should be there next week i hope some more 13.5 edms show up! love the track and the people are very helpful.

As usual I had a bunch of fun at B&J but the trip home SUCKED :mad: Got to exit 24 and for the third time the temp gauge topped out and dropped. Checked the radiator.....COLD upper and lower hoses soft yet very warm over flow catch about to .......you guessed it over flow. Got it towed home and the darned roll back almost broke down. If that is not bad enough when I called the wife I was informed the Father in law is in the hospital. At almost 90 any trip there raises concern in the family.

That's if I make it this weekend.....(see above post)....The break down on the way home is not an easy one :mad: CAN WE SAY HEAD GASKET ?????? If all goes well I should get the car back friday.

But more importantly I'm hoping my Father In Law beats my car home....He's doing a bit better as of today

Can you find a DODC brushless for the Subaru?

I wish..........................but then again I would not make the trip from here to B&J in just a bit over an HR. There would be to many stops to recharge the darned battery. Guess I had better keep the Subaru powered by gas.
