Ok here are the rates and info that we were able to get to help everyone out.
Rates will be 69.00 a night for a Double Bed.
When you call to make your Reservation. BE SURE to tell them you are with the Chili Bowl Jr Group to get these prices. We have 20 room per day locked to us. So the sooner you can call would be great. Cause if we need more we may be able to get more locked. The 20 rooms are being held until 12/31/09 to be reserved. After this date the rooms that have not been reserved will be unlocked from our group to be given to the public. So dont wait to make your reservation.

I will be running two 1/8 LM's, I was wondering if there will be extra DLM2's on site for purchase. I see that the pre-entry's will include some, and I think that is great! I have cars that I will not be running at the race, and would like to get some tires for those while I am there. Also, will there be house transponders available, or do I need to bring personals?
Thanks for all your help.

There will be tires availible to purchase from the Hobby shop that will be there. House transponders will be there. But you can also use personals.

What about those of us who pre-ordered tires because ours were worn out, etc., knowing these would be in around Mid December. Are we still required to pay the $60 entry fee for L8M?

thanks

If you already have a set of the spec tires and do not want a set of tires then your entry would be 30.00. But for the cost of what you would be getting 4 tires for. I wouldnt understand why you wouldnt pay the entry to get tires. Everyone will be saving almost half the cost on the tires with a paid entry. Retail on these tires are going to be around 56.00 through a hobby shop.

:confused:If I understand it right. To run 1/8 scale LM it is $60.00 for 1st class that includes a set of tires. To run a second class it would be $20.00? For a total of $80.00.
Just wanted to make sure to send the right amount.

Yes you are correct. The only reason 1/8 scale is not 30.00 is due to there being a tire discount and it being added to the entry. if you already have the spec tire. You can enter 1/8 scale for 30.00

One more question. What is the price of additional sets of tires?

All additional tires purchased at the event will go through the R/C Pitstop Hobby store. So with that being said. I will assume they will be at retail. We are only going to be able to discount for each entry.
