Do to changes in racing time by the boro on Sundays we will have to run next year on Friday, and Saterdays when Port is done

During their Monday, Oct. 12 meeting, Port Royal boro Council members approved a change to amendment that will limit racing on Sun., in the boro.
Boro solicitor Randy Zimmerman suggested that the boro change the curfew and limit the time available for racing ,rather then approving racing at the discretion of the council Zimmerman argued that by choosing to provide a permit to certain organizations and denying others the boro could be in danger of a lawsuit for discrimination.
" as far as i am concerned you're looking for a problem the first time you deny someone ," Zimmerman said.
The boro ultimately decided to shorten the curfew to allow racing only from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. The motion was passed in a unanimous vote.
"this gives people time to relax outside their in the evening and not be disturbed coming from church "boro president Ken Kitzmiller.
Any concerns please contact boro i can not do anything.
