View Full Version : ENTRIES now CLOSED!!
Custom Works RC
October 5th, 2009, 8:52 PM
For the sake of the race schedule and the infrastructure of the facility we have CLOSED all furhter race entries effective immediately!!
While we expected a good turnout for the race this year the response has been a little overwhelming and suprising to say the least. At this point we have more than enough alternates to work with. If you are not yet in or have not been told by Chris that you are on the alternate list than we will not be able to accomodate you for this years race. There simply is not enough space or time to accomodate any more racers at this time.
For those of you who have been told you are an alternate, we will do everything we can to get you in the race. Chris has a lot of data to digest over the next few days to see exactly where we stand for both pit spots and trailer space. As soon as we know the situation you will be notified if you are in or not but understand this could several days to sort out.
Respectfully,
Rob Cutman

Once Chris is done with entry clean ups and parking lot ... I guess he could go on and take meal orders from all the racers attending so he can order the proper amount of food ...
:ha::ha::ha:
That's awesome, this success couldn't happen at a better place and better people than the ones at BNJ and PA racers.

still looking for the official signed up list to make sure its done right because I signed up on phone for trailer pit. Also After reading I am now concerned being in a trailer could be a problem because there may not be enough room for all signed up

I talked to Chris earlier today and I think he has everything pretty close to up to date. I think he was gonna try to post it this evening if time allowed. I was up there last week and we took a good look at the parking situation. Obviously things will be a little snug but we have some ideas to help keep it from being a big problem which we will explain later. I think with a little cooperation from all of the racers we will be just fine.

Hey Rob! Please consider situations for racers coming in late after events start for access to parking. LIKE ME LOL! I won't be able to arrive until thursday evening sometime, after the events have started. Just asking for tips and possible situations and or solutions.
THANKS!
Mike Wotring
LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE AGAIN!

I can promise if you park on the township access road for the sewer plant not only will you get towed you will also get a ticket. Not sure about the rest of your question as children of the corn scared me to death :confused:
