The 170 Entries that were available on RCSignup.com are now full. These initial entries include those who need pit spots as well as those who are in a pit trailer. Between now and Monday Chris will be sorting through the list to see how many pit spots are still available. If you need a pit spot inside and you did not enter on RCSignup already you will need to call Chris at Bumps and Jumps beginning on Monday at 9am.

For those who DO NOT NEED A PIT SPOT INSIDE and ARE PITTING IN A TRAILER you may still signup at anytime on RCSIGNUP.com. Another race entry has been setup for TRAILER ENTRIES ONLY!

Please post any question related to the entry process on this thread only or you can send a PM bumps and jumps rc.

Thanks,
Rob Cutman

I have a lot to go through.
I want to make sure it is all correct - the last thing I want to do is to take more indoor entries then we have space for.

I have several of you that are signing up under trailer only signups and then sending me a pm to say it is supposed to be indoor.
DO NOT DO THIS - IT IS TOO HARD TO KEEP IT ALL ORGANIZED.

Please let me work through it all and as matrix said - there a lot of indoor spots left.
Thanks

To reiterate what Chris is saying and what I said in the post at the top. Do not signup on rcsignup TRAILER ONLY ENTRY unless you are pitting in a trailer. If your name is on that list you are acknowledging that you do not need a pit spot and therefore you WILL NOT HAVE a pit spot. IF you need a pit spot and did not sign up in the first 170 spots you will need to call or have mailed in your entries. This procedure has been explained several times now and is really not that difficult to understand.

entry dilema. well wake up this morning already full. will mail this in but if the online filled that quick figuring everyone will call first thing tomorrow morning to enter and my mail in wont be there till tues at eariliest. i simply cannot call i work construction and leave house at 4am and get home at 8 at night. shop hours show no wheres near that. the biggest issue is that wheere we are working i lose service 40min before we get to the job and i dont get it back untill i get back to that spot on way home, so no calling on lunch. is there some way i can give u name u put it on spot till my mail in gets there or how can we acomplish this. also do i need to send check or money order with the mail in or when i get there. first year doing this and seems like by only 80ish people getting the roughly 170 spots u had open that it made this difficult. hope you can help me set something up so i can get in. thanks

The last 2 years the entries were taken via phone and mail in only. This year we gave racers yet another option to register via the RC Signup website to give everyone who has an internet connection a chance to register online. Those first 170 entries, probably about 40%, filled up right away. The remaining entries will be taken tomorow by the same system we have used previously. Obviously these 3 options may not suit everyones scenario but we are doing everything we can to give as many people as possible a chance at getting in the race this year. Chris is looking at some additional options to make some additional spots available and therefore when all of the pit spots are gone he will be making a list of alteranates whom may still have the ability to get in. Until you try to enter and are told you can not, do not assume there will not be a spot for you.

Just as Rob says it, I have updated the list to indicate those who have paid and those who have not.
It seems unfair to other racers to hold a spot for you if you have not completed payment after signing up with rcsignup.com.
If your name is on the list below it means I have not received a payment from you, I will erase all the names listed below if you do not communicate with me, or if they not paid by tomorrow to allow those people that are definitely able to attend the opportunity to get in.
If your name is on this list by mistake - I apologize please correct me if I am wrong.
Also please do not PM or email me and ask if you can sign up - it is unfair to all those people who are following directions.
Thanks
Chris

As we are seeing such a large trailer crowd, I am starting to get nervous as to the realistic availability to park everyone. I realize that we have at least 80 people in trailers but determining how many trailers for those 80 people is something completely different.
I am going to close rcsignup until I can get a better handle on what we have. If any of you who are in trailers can send me a pm as to who is pitting in trailers together, so I can group people into trailers to figure out how many I have I would appreciate it. It will allow me to determine how many more we can take so more people can get into the race.
Thank you all for your help

After speaking with Chris I think this is a good idea to allow him to get a handle on where exactly we stand as far as number of trailers. We do not want to limit the trailers but the parking lot is only so big. This will give him time to sort out exactly how many are coming at this point. This doesnt mean entries are closed, just means he has suspended the rcsignup portion of it at this point. If you are pitting in a trailer and have not sign up you can still call in your entry tomorow. This will allow him to get the information he has mentioned to better assess the situation.

We will do everything we can to accomodate as many racers as possible but as I said before at somepoint a line has to be drawn to ensure the quality of the event for those who are already in. Chris is working very hard this weekend and today as well getting all of the info in line and trying to get exact numbers on where we stand and what to expect. At this point he is taking alternates for both pit spots and trailers. If it turns out we can accomodate them we will try to do so.

Obviously we expected a good response for the race this year but I will admit it has been much greater than I expected and I know it has been much more than Chris anticipated.

i can supply one tent. my "trailer" right now is my 10x10 canopy with full enclosure and a good heater. I told Chris I have a 10x30 car enclosure tent that I can bring, i just dont think my generator could handle too many more people, i could ask to borrow my uncle's from his micro sprint team. I know lining tables along the sides and back would hold atleast 8 tables comfortably if two guys share a table.....

Mark, solly posted that because in 2003 under HR6941, it was voted into law that any person or persons, establishment or distributor within a 5 sq mile radius of solly forfits their right to any beer, implied or physically to said solly. If you have a beer it is because he said so. That is why he has an ankle bracelet....no it's not because of house arrest. It is a SEWS (Solly Early Warning System) this automatically sends out a pre-recorded message to anyone holding a beer or liquor license that solly is in the area and must get pre-authorization from solly or his staff to sell beer. Just hope you are not on the DNS (Do Not Sell) list.....

So technically if solly is around "this beer you speak of" is actually his beer.
