Andy Phelps has signed on w/ TEAM JRC. As a continued process to upgrade our cars and our TEAM we have added Andy Phelps to our arsenal of top notch drivers, Andy will focus the majority of his time competing in his (2) JRC Lightnings, (1) Nitro SC and (1) Electric Offset SC.
