ROAR Region 8 Off Road Champs at SmacTrac

SmacTrac will be the host of the 2009 ROAR Region 8 Off Road Championship this November 6th, 7th, and 8th.

With weekly club race entries at SmacTrac averaging 150, this should shape up to be a large turnout. Pleanty of pitspace. 90X40 hard packed clay with 4wd mod lap times expected to be approx 18 seconds.

Schedule

Friday, November 6th
8:00am...doors open
9:00am-6:00pm...practice and sign ups
6:30pm...single night club race begins
-2 rounds of qualifying and mains
-5 minute races
-$10 first class and $5 for each additional class

Saturday, November 7th
7:00am...doors open
7:30am-9:30am...practice and sign ups
10:00am...qualifying begins


Sunday, November 8th
6:30am...doors open
7:00am...final round of qualifying followed by mains

-3 rounds of qualifying
-qual points will be used
-6 minute races
-tripple A Mains
-no bump ups
-$30 first class, $15 2nd class, $10 3rd class
-personal transponders required
-ROAR membership required-$15 single race membership available at track
