Curt posted directions that may be easier for everyone to follow, please read his reply to this thread.
These directions come directly from Port Royal's website
Detour Directions coming from Harrisburg:
Take the Port Royal exit. At the blinking light, go right. You need to be in the far right hand lane to do this. This will be Old 22 . You will follow this into the square in Mifflintown. At the square, turn left, this is Route 35. This will take you across a bridge into Mifflin. When in Mifflin, you will see a First National Bank of PA, turn left. They have detour signs set up along RT 35. You will travel a couple of miles. You will eventually pass a grade school on your right-a few miles from that, you will see a Detour sign that say Rt 75, turn left here. This will be RT 333. It will eventually bring you into Port Royal. You should come out at Taylor's Service Center and RT 75. Turn left and you will only go a short distance. This is actually on the other side of town compared to where you normally come in.
Spectators will make a left on 8th Street or 6th Street and
Competitors will make a left onto 4th Street.

Take the Mifflintown exit. Go right at the bottom of the exit. This is RT 35. Take RT 35 into the square in Mifflintown. Go straight through the light. This will take you across a bridge into Mifflin. When in Mifflin, you will see a First National Bank of PA, turn left. They have detour signs set up along RT 35. You will travel a couple of miles. You will eventually pass a grade school on your right-a few miles from that, you will see a Detour sign that say Rt 75, turn left here. This will be RT 333.
