new track hours

new track hours for the outdoor oval!!!,we will open up at 2:00pm for practice sign ups at 4:00pm til 4:45pm start qualifing at 5:00pm and we will run mains under the lights thanks.:checkeredflag::checkeredflag:

A 100 lapper is awesome but we would need at least a couple of fuel guys and some marshals. So we would have to have enough folks there to make it happen.
