No post for a few days, did everybody fall off the face of the earth? Lets try and get all the sprints out there this friday to race... Sheesh having a broken leg is getting old. But i did manage to get a hood hold down on the sprint, so no more hood coming up :thumbsup:

I got a sprint, foams, plenty of lexan for making the 6" wing,but I only have a 8.5...OR I could take the 3.5 out of the 4wd latemodel!!! Hey Matt, loan me a motor! Damn it, I just remembered, can't make it this friday.:mad:

All i gots is the 8.5 thats extra. Although i might try that trinity 5.5 of kenny's next time out. Not sure yet.

To be honest, go with the 3.5, when in doubt throttle out. Just ask ron roy what gearing he ran so you know that you need about 6 teeth less on the pinion.

I'm going with a bad speedo,Randy an I both ran that motor with no issues in are EDM cars. Ron even said that was a new speedo also,For a reason why I have no clue why it went up:confused:

Yea, but I'm sure it looked cool hauling around the track, then catchin fire like it did!
I'd be alright with looking cool haulin around the track, I'll leave that fire crap to the other guys!

i would have to agree with scott, i'm sure it melted everything within a small radius around the speed control. I can't wait to run a 4.5 with the 40c batteries....
