Sorry for the stupid new guy question, but can someone clear up for me the format used to crown 'king of the wings'?
I've read/heard mention of races at Maryville, Big Bill's and Alans....Nitro and Electric Sprint.....etc.
How many days/classes does the 'King of the Wings' cover?

The King of the Wings is only on Sunday Night at Allens and it is for Electric Sprint and Nitro Sprint only.
I belive both Maryville and Bills will be running aditional classes. We should have a full list soon.
I guess we could call all three races Illinos Sprint Speed Weekend. We are looking at a point system that would link all these nights together. More details in a month or so.
Basically you can count on 3 great tracks and 3 great nights of racing.

i am looking forward to coming up and joining some of the best drivers in the Midwest!!! My question is what are some of the motors you guys will be using, is there a certain motor that is better and last longer the others? Im just trying to get a feel on a motor i should shoot for? If someone has a couple of suggestions that would help me out that would be great!!!
thanks

Depends on the track but 7.5 would be my first choice, 6.5 and 5.5 would also be good to have . Novak, LRP, and Losi all have quality mod stuff.

Sonny,
Are we going for 50 lap A main this year instead of a 4 or 5 minute race? I was thinking that Allen had that format last year, but can't remember.
