Well, the weather held some people from coming out, but the racing @ LA Speedway was good & FAST, for a day show. The track held up real well & a good time was had by all.

My Team JRC DD Sprinter was working well as we took TQ & the win. I also ran my 2010 EDM & qualified 6th & finished 4th. Just missed on the gearing, but had a good car. Again, I want to thank Mike for all the support & hope to see some of the JRC Team @ our PA Nitro Tour race on May 30th. Should be an AWESOME race.

For those not familiar w/the tour we run the following classes:

Electric 13.5 Latemodel
Electric Mod Sprint (6.5 limit)
Nitro Limited Sprint
Nitro Open Sprint
Nitro Limited Latemodel
Nitro Open Latemodel
Nitro Truck

ALL CLASSES ARE DODC RULES: 13.5 Electric classes can run Novak or DODC Motors.

so you can run a regular Novak motor but you need a DODC battery..is this correct?..would really like to make a show with the 13.5 late model and maybe try my hand at the nitro LLM...cya at the races!

That is correct. U need a DODC battery & can use a DODC or Novak 13.5 motor. Next year they will require all DODC motors & batteries. Also, the LLM are alot of fun & very competitive. Hope to see ya there !
