WOW!!!!!! What night of racing. Track was'nt the best but considering we even got to race it was great. A Main in Sprints was great. Yankee Chris Shearburn won it with locals Scott Lucus and Matt Morton hot on his tail. Scott got 2nd Matt 3rd. Cliff 4th Vinny Sansone 5th (he bumped from the B to the A) and Sean Robbins 6th. MDM was a thriller also Matt and Cliff battlin for the lead to the last lap. Matt got caught up in traffic and Cliff won by a nose. Jon Schmidt was 3rd, Don Delosh 4th, Mouse 5th, and Jim Aumann 6th (he bummped from B to A). Slider A Main won by Sean Robbins and the 2wd won by Keith Wilbert. Great job guys. Grats to the winners. Thanks and great job to all involved. Ladies in the booth, WELL DONE:thumbsup:. It will get better and bigger. Cyas.........Mouse:thumbsup::revs::revs::greenflag :

Congrats, on the car counts. Maryville is a great track, and there are always a bunch of good cars there.

Great night of racing, even though I burned up a new motor & chased the set up on both cars. Cliff & Mouse, great job on getting the track togather, Girls in the booth, well done. The show will get even better & run smoother yet as the season progresses.

I did get to practice with the havoc. I ran the custom works during the races. The havoc felt better than the Custom Works. I am very pleased with both cars.

We are either coming down there, or going to Bears to get some more practice for the 100.00 to win race.

Vinnie Sansone,

That name just keeps popping up. I raced micro's with him and now do some Iracing with him. I guess I need to come down there to race RC with him.

When are you guys going to have a big race?

You guys are going to basically camp out in Illinois on Labor day. What else do you want? lol

Not sure yet, terrible weekend for us both. It is my anniversary weekend and Corns goes on a camping trip that weekend.:(

I'm still working on getting out of the husband obligations though. Two years ago I was at Eldora watching the Prelude on our anniversary, so there is still hope.;)

Our points series race is august 1st... and I believe we are having a holiday race for memorial day. I'm pretty sure its the Saturday before memorial day. Usually our holiday races have anywhere from 20-25 electric sprints. So it should be a decent turnout for it.

just checking k-10 site and shows the special event the sat. after holiday. can we have a confirmed date for this?

At the sake of sounding like a hypocrite, it'your birthday, go race if that's what you want to do on YOUR birthday, right?

True, but thats not the point im going for. A) you can have a bad night of racing and wont be in a great mood... and B) doin the birthday thing with the girl always ends up good. i got plenty more weekends left for racing. we all make sacrifices sometimes. plus, the points series is starting soon

I agree with you too Kenny. There are more important things in life than racing a toy car. There will be plenty of races in the future.
