The times are Pits open 2pm, Practice 4:30 to 6:30pm, Sign in by 6:30pm (or call). Heats 7pm. We hope to have as many as possible for this race as all the money goes to cancer research.
Give us some type of roll call and let us know if you would rather run at night. We can easily change the time. Please respond.

I'm pretty sure I'll be there. 12 is a little early for me I think around two would be good. But it depends on what time everyone else wants to run. Regular time is good for us too. Thanks George

The R/C'S for a Cure race raised more than $500 for cancer research. Bonnie and I would like to thank all the people that participated in this past weekends activities.
Jeff Hotaling set new track records of 57 laps, and a 4.033 single lap.
All of the TQs won their races, Jerry Tunney-Sportsman; Tim Howell-Slider; Jeff Hotaling-13.5 EDM; Eddie Strada-13.5 Late Model; and Keith Steinle-13.5 Sprint Car. All the drivers did a great job!

May 18th, 2009, 4:52 PM
No, i know there was faster than 50 last year, I went 52 with a nitro truck.
Porksalot4l
May 18th, 2009, 5:53 PM
oh ok. i was only there a few times last year and i really dont remember. 57 laps sound really fast though. track is getting better all the time

May 18th, 2009, 6:01 PM

Yeah, I was only there 1 time at the end of the year. It's a fun little track.
well the track got a bit better since last year! you should try to make it out. also this past weekend we had Keith Stienle at the track and i mentioned that i remember him from way back from a little track named Roadrunners. a big banked carpet oval! lol and i remember your name from back then also. small world. hope to see you at the track again this summer maybe?
berwicknitro
May 19th, 2009, 1:33 PM
Yeah, Roadrunners was my home track. I was there every week. It is a small world. I'd love to make it up to LA, but there nitro turnout isn't to big yet, and I don't run electric. It's about a 1hr and 45 min. drive, so I don't want to waste the trip if there isn't many nitro's. Hope to make the trip soon..
