We've been running that class under 'Alan's rules'. They allow an upgrade to a specifiec brushless.

I think the brushless motor is actually a bit slower than the stocker if anything. Had Mike been there the other night with the track like that he probably would have turned at least 43 laps!

I agree with doug... The stock motor is a bit faster than the brushless 4200. Just don't have to replace a bunch of motors when using the brushless :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Now if we could only get "the rules makers" to understand the fun/low hassle factor of running lipos instead of the STUPID nimah packs, we'd have something!!! Lipos don't hurt people...stupid people mishandling lipos hurt people.

You'd have to confirm with Smac but I don't think he'd care about lipos....unless they made it hard for the guys without them to compete. There are already lipos in all the other classes so it's not a safety issue for him.
