The track at Tea's Raceway (http://www.teashobbyshop.com/) in Rochester, MN was excellent yesterday!!! The track definitely got faster as the day went on and the results showed that!
I was pretty busy running in three classes...B-Mod (Stock EDM)...A-Mod (Mod EDM)...and Stock Sprint. I was able to TQ in all three classes with my Team JRC cars...the went on to finish 1st in A-Mod & Stock Sprint...with a 3rd place finish in B-Mod. Not too bad...but it could have been better. ;)

Thanks guys! Three classes definitely kept me busy! Heck...I had a hard time finding time to eat! But...my cars were working well...and I only had one minor repair on my JRC Lightning sprint to do between races.
It was fun racing with you again Todd!
Jason, when are you going to be at Tea's again? We haven't had the opportunity to race each other this year. I'll be back this weekend.
Russ, congrats on your TQ in the 13.5 EDM this past weekend at the 1st annual electric champs!

Actually Arnie TQ'ed, I am not sure why it shows that way. Just wanted to clarify that. ;)

Curtis-
Awesome job this past weekend, you are definately a great asset to have on Team JRC
keep up the good work. I've gotten a few calls this past week because of the success you have been having, Keep up the good work. BTW All of Team JRC performed very well this weekend @ Coopers, I'm very proud of all of them. We had 3 of the new EDM's in the A-Main and Dave Harris (aka: Clyde) just missed being the 4th one. Brian Dodson switched his car to the new 2010 GB10 just before the qualifiying rounds started and managed to put it in the show, that was pretty impressive to me!!
Thanks,
Mike

Layne,
I don't know. I'm not sure what they have scheduled as of now. You could ask on this DODC thread (http://www.dirtoval.com/forums/showthread.php?p=299289#post299289) or on the Tea's forum (http://www.teashobbyshop.com/phpBB/index.php).

There was also a JRC 10.5 Latemodel in the A main. Had a glitch in the main & broke, but the car was fast. Congrats to all the A main qualifiers !

It was another great day of racing at Tea's Raceway (http://www.teashobbyshop.com/) for Team JRC Midwest. Racing three cars sure keeps me busy...but...damn...it sure is fun!!! :D
After TQ'ing in all three classes for the second week in a row...I was able go on to capture the win in B-Mod (Stock EDM) & Stock Sprint...with a 3rd place finish in A-Mod (Mod EDM). My A-Mod was just not quite right in the main...and the others had their cars working better.
Congrats to Gary Fairchild for his 3rd place finish in the B-Mod A-Main today in his JRC EDM. Gary drove a good race and did a great job racing against Scott Murphy...I think those two battled for most of the 5 minute main. Gary also went on to win the A-Mod A-Main...we just need to get a new chassis under that car. ;)

Curtis, your doing an awesome job & im sure everyone @ Team JRC appreciates your efforts. Keep those other guys behind you though. Don't give out 2 much, you have to keep a little for yourself ;)
As I said in another thread, my Latemodel is up & running again & TQ'ed 13.5 & finished 2nd. I also dusted off the Nitro car, which was working well, but motor problems keep me out of the A. That problem will be fixed for the PA Nitro Tour race next weekend @ Bumps.
Curtis, keep the :checkeredflag: coming:thumbsup:
GO FAST TURN LEFT ! Keith S.

Well...this weekend wasn't quite as productive as the past weekends have been. :(
After qualifying 3rd for the Stock EDM A-Main...I quickly moved forward and was running a strong 2nd...matching the leader's lap times...but just past mid-way...a lapper tangled with the leader...and was sitting sideways at the entrance to turn three when I got there...unfortunately I got the worst end of it...the impact broke the center out of my left front wheel and ended my race early.
For the 4th time in a row...I was able to TQ in Stock Sprint and go on to the A-Main win! The Stock Sprint class sure was a lot of fun this weekend with a few more entries and some guys that I hadn't raced with before...I was able to lead from start to finish...but it wasn't easy. Thanks to all the guys that made that class so much fun...I look forward to racing with them again!!!:thumbsup:
For the 3rd week in a row...I took the TQ spot in the Mod EDM A-Main...unfortunately...I had to leave the track before the main to attend an event for my daughter. I wish that I could have stuck around to race the main...the cars in the Mod EDM class were all pretty close...it would have been a fun main!
Only one week left at Tea's...hopefully next week is a good one! ;)
