View Full Version : Official Opening First race date April 18th!

Yep, Bill will be open Saturday April 18th for his first sat afternoon/night race. Depending on weather. Track will open about 1:30-2pm and we will start racing @ 4PM. 3 heats and a main.

April 25th he will be closed due to the ONS race in Nashville Tn at Music City.

May 2nd, 9th and 16th will also be the same as above. Then we will all vote for start times for the remainder of the regular season, starting on the 23rd.

So come out and let Bill know you are tired of being cooped up indoors and tired of the rug. Let him know what start time works best for you.

The most popular classes in past years were the electric sprint, nitro sprint, 1/8th LM's and the nitro trucks. Hopefully we will run the 13.5's and maybe the 1/18th LM this year also. 3 or more make a class......

Last but not least.........free test and tune afternoon/night will be April 11th! Yep, that's only 16 more days! I have had a lot of people asking me to talk Bill into starting early and I believe we got it done......(6 weeks early)..you gotta make sure to thank Bill for opening the track for all of us as he will still be in the fields till mid May.

I also know that Bill just placed an order with CW for some new Outlaw kits and the SE. Bill carries CW, Hyperdrive/GFRP and Dynotech cars and carries all parts for each. He has tons of engines, pipes, servos, esc's and motors in stock. He also carries A+ 1/8th LM bodies...

P.S. and I know the website says racing every Friday night but that might change depending on turn-outs and YOUR vote.

Some other good news will follow in the coming week to 10 days. Bill will also have his annual 150 lapper, 1/8th LM race, 4 track series race and the 3rd Annual $$$ race Aug 7,8 & 9th.

Ya, LM's only since they are the easiest to refuel. And how do you know it wont be ready? You don't even know when the race is, cracka

cause i dont got all the money its gonna cost to be competative i dont think..if its after the end of june i might be able to get it ready by then

long as youve got a roller weve got motors that can be put in to make it competitive :) and eugenes pretty good at tweaking em.

Ya Tom.....I think that was some of the reason to open a couple weeks early. Guys are wanting to tune their cars BEFORE the ONS race.....

I know you have 2 new cars this year to tune on.....Charles has 2-3 cars that have never been on the track. Steven has a new LM.......Brad and Jack are ready to fire up their new LM's. I have a new 1/8th LM I need tuned up.....my buddy Gary Landolt is getting back into it this year. 8-10 new Outlaws sold in this area alone that I know of....So on and so on.....

saturday night would be better for us, its hard getting home from work and then driving down there on friday. looking forward to running outdoors again.

Took a trip and talked to Bill at the track today. The track is coming together pretty good. He just has some odds and ends right now left to do. Looks awesome!

Thats right bud, I was at his house last night helping him get all his radio, batteries, esc and car ready to go. I showed him my LM too and he said "man, I might have to get one of them too". LOL

That would be awesome of you guys can make the 11th Chris. It's gonna be a good time for sure.....lets hope the weather holds out....

The first Saturday afternoon/night race was great.

Congrats to Jenzo for making 35 laps in the 3rd qaulifier of the 13.5 late model class! :thumbsup:

go jenzo.I told ya the old hot rod was looking good.and that was after how many beers?I had to leave.Too many sprinkles on my bald head.have a good day rod.
