I believe that is true on weekly shows.......but the 4 track series race you will have to run the DODC battery and CW street track tires.

The rules for the 4 track series does not say you need a DODC approved Battery or the DODC approved 13.5.
Batteries:
SMC 3200 mah 28 C 2 cell Lypo
Any 6 cell NIMH up to 4600 mah
Novak 13.5 brushless system only

RACEN4 [randy] Put your on road on the shelf. Take your motor,servos and recever out of the car. Then call smitty at Dynotech and order a new car! He has them in stock for about 180.00. That is a lot less anything you ever bought from me. If you need any help you can call me or email me and i can help you I have been running them for 3 years now.

They can't run a amb system yet they are still using sticks and rocks to score LOL.

I 2nd that, it was a long night, but a really fun night as well, all the practice went out the window when mother nature decided to help with track preparation. It was fun and thanks to Eugene, Bill and Kevin for getting the track is good enough shape to race on.

What else could you ask for a great track, great hobby shop and terrific food.
