1/8th LM

Can someone tell me about the rues for 1/8 LM? Ive traded my Slash for a Kyosho converted to LM and I want to run at C&S but need to know what to expect for each class

Im still waiting on it to arrive but it may be here tomorrow or Saturday. What time does the racing start on Saturday? Im over in Dallas so it's not too far from me :D

What's the hot set up for engine and pipe combo for each 1/8LM class? Cant decide if I want to run limited or open class. Is there a novice 1/8LM class?

Ive been looking at the Novarossi Plus 21-5k and the JP1

1/8th Limited is the largest class. Open does not run every week and mostly has 3-4 cars in it. Nearly the entire weekly group runs Limited. All three engines are pretty equal (OS, RB, and Novarossi), Pipe seems to be either a OFNA JP-1, 3, or 4 depending on the driver. I use JP-1's while many use 3's and we all seem equal on HP.

There is a novice class of 1/8th that has been discussed, but, we usually run one big group.

Clayton aka bodyman is the guy that makes them and hes usually there so you might shoot him a pm letting him know you need one but you will probably have to make a wing and im sure someone will have some spare lexan.:thumbsup:

Jason Thanks Bud, The body has a spoiler molded in the rear now. When you cut the back of the car out, that leftover piece is the spoiler. We'll get you hooked up.

Clayton I forgot to get with you on the decking for the body I picked up Saturday but if you're there Saturday I'll get it then. Im at least gonna stop by and watch for a bit. We've got a crawler comp on Sunday so I need to make sure Im ready for it
