need help on diff and oils

mybe someone in my neck of the woods will help a tn. man with just a little info on how the diff oils work ? is it the thicker the harder they spin the tires? someone please give me some info . thank u:(:revs:

Thanks donnie ill be running a losi 8 and I wont to run the tires that come on it or try to the track is clay. I did race a losi 1/10 edm and had pretty good luck with street tires . when others ran foams. thanks again.:revs:
