Just curious as to what classes people are planning on racing at Allen's this year. Obviously Electric Sprint will be big, and probably the main class, but the Losi Mini Late Model class has been strong all winter and a lot of the guys have been wanting to run them in the dirt this summer. I hear some talk about Open 4wd Late Model (again), maybe Nitro Sprint? Trucks?

I guess it would depend on who is planning on running the class and what sort of rules they want. I only brought the class up because it looks like some people in the illinois area are interested in it.

What do you think about doing it USAC style? (Non wing).... Might be a fun second class.

Gotta be careful with too many classes. Stay with what works and we'll have enough for everyone. But I think the wingless needs a night or two throughout the summer just to mix things up a bit... Sounds like fun.

I'm not talking about for the series. Just something to do with a spare car as a second class.

I may have a GBX for you to look at soon. Putting a fresh rebuild on it before it hits the sales floor.

I'm thinking a non wing night would be fun, instead of just a second class. I think we need to have a non wing race on the weekend sometime this summer. Allen keeps saying it would be fun... now it just needs to be DONE. :revs:

Well thank you. I’m not a politician but I can do better then the last guy, BeGONEovich.

My economic stimulus plan would be a hit, it involves dirt racing, free beer, hot wings and Hooter chicks.

Anybody need a cabinet post. I’ll give you the bank account number for the donation…whoops!!!:o

That's what we need more of - racers in office. Only problem is they go fast and turn left... isn't that what just happened with the porkulous bill, we went fast, and turned left and left and left and left...

Anyway, I'm ready for summer. Either way with sprint or losi late model or 2wd late model, the McGuire's are there. Bring on the dirt!!

Definitely will run the nitro truck. Glad I didn't unload the TC3 on eBay. I'll dust it off and slam a lipo pack in it and run the open mod 4WD. I was sad to see the class wither away a couple years ago.

Don,t worry about sonny. He quit the nitro sprint class last year. And there is more poeple that with the nitro sprint this year. I bilt 2 cars when i was off work for 3 months because of surg. I,m working on another nitro outlaw for myself. I will have 2 for this year to see with one is going to be the best one to race with. And I,m going to try to get my son back into the nitro classes ths year. So bring it on HAHAHA. Lets have some fun.

Do they have a 1/8 late model class running weekly?

No not weekly. The only time 1/8 LM's would run is during a few select events.

Classes will probably include the ones offered in the 4-track series in addition to 1/18 Mini Late Models & Sliders.
