Motors and batteries are being sold by the shops at the tracks running DODC races. This was done in effort to support the tracks that give us all a place to race.

i understand that but the question was is there going to be a list? i would rather spend my money to help out a shop with a store front than an online shop.

All of the tracks listed in the DODC tracks section, either do or will have the stuff available. Unfortunately some of the racers in your area were very anti dodc when all this came out and may keep some of your local shops from utilizing this format. Kind of Ironic huh?

Kind of Ironic huh? Will those tracks be authorized to swap the losi mtrs for the new ones or do we need to send them to you or TP? ,

From what I understand, talking to someone about this yesterday, we will be able to trade them in @ the DODC hobby shops. GO FAST TURN LEFT ! Keith S.

I am confused. You are attempting to start (or have started) a competing series/organization that is anti-DODC, but want to know where to buy DODC stuff?

Here are some NY DODC shops that have tracks in the event you missed their new forum section or in the event they do not have a thread yet:

(Listed from closest to you)

-Kipps
-Master Hobbies
-Competition Hobby
-Science and Hobby

Hope this helps-

i only asked a simple question all i'm getting is flack from. so here is my replay since you asked for it.

yes i have started a regional series. the only thing that i am anti is profiteering. i have always supported the shops that i have raced at or plan to race at. if i plan to go to any of the albany races that i have gone to in the past i would like to be legal. so that means i have to buy a motor and a battery and would like to give my support to a place that need it.

Non of the flack was from me. I hope your series is successful. It is impossible to get everyone on the same page. There is no right or wrong here, just different ideas about whats good for the hobby. Everyone is doing what they think is right. The main thing is we are doing it and despite hard times our hobby is strong !! i hope to see you at some of the dodc events.

notice kippy's fashion sense, the key to being a good cat juggler is the fishing vest. that way you can hook spare cats on the fuzzy hook hanging part
