Science and hobby is a newly built, banked indoor dirt oval track, located in Watervaliet, NY, and is run by the same club that runs the Competition Hobbies out door track. We have some great racers and some great races, come check it out.

I believe it's over near Albany. The club is Capital District RC Racers, www.cdrcracer.com (http://www.cdrcracer.com) is the website. There is a forum on HobbyTalk in the oval racing section, dirt racers area, on the track.

Thanks for the info that is a bit of a haul for me but it is good to know taht there are still some indoor dirt ovals around. It has been a while since I have raced but I am starting to get the itch again.:checkeredflag:

Directions from NYS Thruway. Get off Exit 23 787 north, take 787 north to exit 6 which is the Green Island exit. Take a left and go to third stop light Rt 32, Take a left on to RT 32. Science & Hobbys will be approx 1/2 mile on your right. Parking along side building and in the back of the building. It has some of the best trigger pedalers in Dirt oval to race against each week! :thumbsup:

It's a fast little track with multi grooves, you can race from the top to the bottom....it's awsome!

Johnson City to Watervliet Less than 3 hours did it many times in my sales years.

We are running a Saturday series, with a race this Sat Feb 7th doors open at 10, racing at 1 done by 6 home by 9.
