Joe Sovie Wins a new JRC Lightning

Congratulations to Joe Sovie on winning the JRC Ligtning SC that was raffled off this past weekend. Joe was a steady follower of the JRC Sprint Car Series for 2008, and will be also following the series for 2009. Yes Mrs. Sovie Joe did win the Spint Car (he didn't have to purchase it), Joe was worried that she would be upset.
