At the Chili Bowl JR this week Allan Webster drove his Havoc SC to a 3rd place finish. Allan was using the new narrow SC. It is great to see Allan running this well on surfaces that he normally doesn't get to race. I spoke with him earlier and he said that he had to thank Matt Murphy as well as the guys pitting in the Losi pit. I will get the full setup info from him next week.

Also a big thanks goes to Eugene Ryder, he was driving the house car. Playing guinea pig for the week he tested a bunch of new things. We made some improvements on getting the car settled down on rougher surfaces. He ended up getting mixed up in a few wrecks in the B-main. We are happy with what we learned and will be applying these things to our loose dirt program.

Thanks for the congrats!!

I can only say I wish I would have had more of a chance to put the car together properly and gone through everything. Had way too much drag brake. Turns out I had adjustable arms that needed to be shaved a bit to give FULL down travel in the toe blocks and I had the arms adjusted WAY too far. Got that all fixed for the last qual and for the mains.

The Losi help/advice we got was for the 8th scales, which did not work on our CEN cars and the current track surface. We went back to doing something way different and it worked awesome. Special thanks to Bruce at RC4Less for the springs we ended up using.

I'm back on travel for work, however, the car is still intact and will be measured and documented for future reference. All I have to say is that tire choice and track conditions changed over the few days and it all sort of worked out in my favor.

For horsepower was using a MurfDogg 6.5 which had tons of rip down the straights.

Sorry goes out to Fie, was a wreck in 3-4 and I was trying to get out of the way as the leaders were coming around. Ended up slowing down too much and didn't get over enough and he got ruined. At least that is how it seemed to happen. So, again, sorry Arnie.
