Big Thanks to C&S for a awsome track Saturday nite.As the cold rain fell outside, the track records fell inside.
First in Limited Nitro Latemodel A-main, Stan Bracket finished just ahead of Steve Good for the win. Bracket ran a record 45laps 4:03.815 with a fast lap of 5.393 and Steve Good ran 45laps 404.770 with a fast lap of 5.278. David Kiser was third with a good run 44laps 400.873 with a fast lap of 5.382.
Next in Nitro EDM, Lee Jones blistered the track in the A-main with 50laps 4:03.630 with a fast lap of 4.776. That was a pleasure to watch. Lee is so smooth on the wheel, he actually made it look easy, but I'm sure it was not.
Nitro Sprint A-main found Arnie Fie on a great pace, just about to break into the sub 5sec lap, when a rear tire seperated from the rim. Jody Utt and Scott Washam went on to battle to the finish. Utt finished first with 46laps 4:02.189 & fast lap of 5.127. Washam was second with 46laps 4:04.412 & fsat lap of 5.165.
13.5 Eletric Latemodel. Steve Bess was TQ at 42 4:01.770, but 2:27 min into the A-main his radio came unplugged from the receiver. Frank Tucker went on to the win with Alan Duffy 2nd and Terry Rufty 3rd.
1/8th Limited Spanky just spanked the field.
