I have been receiving numerous emails and PM's about the availability of the car kits.
Redneck R/C
Ohio Hobby Plus
Big Bill's R/C
Lefthander R/C
All have stocked kits and if they are out of stock can get them within a few days. If there is any other shops that I've missed let me know. Dealer inquiries welcome.
Both kits include everything need to build a car complete minus: wheels, tires, body and electronics. The SC kit at this time does not come with a cage. We are in the process of finishing the design of the mold and both bodies and cages will be available in the coming months. We suggest using either the Dynotech or CW cages with minor modifications. We will be including new cage spacers as our car is wider than the standard sprint cars.
Here are some of the items included in the kits:
Instructions on how to build the car.
Fully anodize components. (if it is aluminum it is anodized)
The new IRS Macro shocks.
Lunsford Titanium tie rods and hinge pins.
Associated 2.40 transmission.
Every screw, nut, and washer needed.
Pricing will be around $500 determined by the Hobby Shops that carry them.
Thanks for your continued support.

the cars don't come with a cage, body, or wing. you can use a custom works cage and body except for the hood gfrp does make a hood for it.

I was wondering if someone could let me know how much the edm version of this car costs. I will be racing it in the electric edm class. Thanks, Jim

Have Chris @ Bumps and Jumps give you a price. I know he doesn't have any in stock but we could get him one in a couple of days. I like to see people support their local Hobby Shops. That is one of our bigger goals is to put the cars and parts in many Hobby Shops so the parts are readily available for our customers.
Thanks

Jim,
If by chance you are running the PA Nitro series look me up at the next race at Liberty Valley in a few weeks. I have just got back into dirt oval fairly recently so I need to relearn everything I have forgotten but you are more than welcome to take a look at my car and I will help you out as much as I can.

B4 rims all the way around.

You will want B4 wheels. I'm using Inside Jobs on the rears and the Proline 4 rib fronts. Windtunnel or RC4less spring kits are almost a must. You need the ones for dirt oval cars, same as center shock on a pan car.

What , if anything, do you have to do to theses cars to change from a foam setup to a loose track setup, besides the obvious tire and wheel package? Looking for the best dual purpose car available.

most of the guys run the wide arms, and thats about it. To put them on you'll need the arms and some turnbuckles. Probably around $75 worth of parts to do it. The only other thing i can think of it is a bigger wing. Most loose tracks allow a 7" wing instead of 6".
You can't go wrong with the havoc, its pretty well dominated the midwest loose tracks all summer long. And i think 5 out of 8 spots in last years USOWC sprint open mod A main were havoc's as well. Plus Dustin will help you if you ever have any problems... Good company good car.

I bought a Kranzel B3 (I believe) on last deployment in hopes to race it. The local track shut down. I'll be returning to NY next spring. Is there a conversion kit so I can update that car to be competitive. Or should I just save some more dough for a complete kit? Military isn't exactly making me rich!

First off, thanks for everything you do!!!
As for the car. You can get a 2.0 conversion pretty reasonable or you could buy a new complete car. That is completely up to you.

Does the 2.0 use the same transmission? I wish I had some chassis pictures on this computer to send you to see what would work with your chassis. I'll be looking to keep costs down as much as possible. But old friend Shannon says your stuff is the best, so I'm gonna take his word for it. How much is a conversion kit running? Is there a thread somewhere covering the conversion kit? Cause I'm wondering what would be included, what parts on my terminator that would be needed. Sorry to sound so much like a newbie. Just need some help.

Basically if you have a Terminator the conversion would give you everything you need at about half the cost of a new car. Part #2101 is the 2.0 conversion and the retail price is $195. I'm sure most dealers aren't selling the conversion at full retail price either.
