Chad,
What effect does changing the roll centers on the front end of a PRO setup?
By moving to the upper setting, I can get more droop, as that was our original goal.
We don't want to dremel the chassis........

I'm not Chad, but raising roll centers (lowering the interior link mounting point or raising the outside) increases bite on whichever side of the car you do it to. That holds true for any car.
By moving to the upper setting, I can get more droop, as that was our original goal.If you need more up-travel, you need to make the rod that connects the bellcrank to the suspension arm longer and/or lengthen the shock travel by unscrewing the shock eyelet. Changing roll centers shouldn't be used to change droop or up-travel, as it will have drastic changes on handling.
For anyone looking for info on Pro front end chassis setup, look for "pushrod suspension" in your real car chassis books. It's very common in open wheel formula car chassis design.

The upper hole is not an option to use, it is only there for when you flip the blocks over to change the kick up to 20 or 15 degs. We always use the lower hole. If you look at the car from the side and the shock tower is laid back that's 20 and if it is forward it is 15 degs.

Thanks,
I will put it back to the lower. This is the type of information I was looking for.
So, why or when do we pick different kickup options?
The droop issue only seems to be resolvable with a dremel, so I will hold off.

Since we are currently running on loose dirt the 20 degree kick up may not be a bad option, it makes the car more driveable. I will hold off until I get to the track and see how she handles! See ya' down there.

15* kickup would be better for monee?
Is there ever a reason to move the shock rod on the arm from the stock location?

I always run the 20* at monee.
If you want to stiffen or soften the sping rate with out changing the spring you can move the rod, make sure to keep the same ride height.
