I got to race the new 13.5's for the first time last night @ Competition Hobby.

The results were very good, as I was able to set a new track record, running the first ever 56 lap run on the track. The track was smooth and fast, which attributed to the increased speeds, but I was still able to outrun the 19 turns, and the Novak 13.5 by 2 laps.

I will work more with different roll outs next week, but here's what I have so far:

Notes:

-145' Groove
-LRP TC SPec / Throttle profile #8
-Max Timing on Motor
-1.73 Rollout
-Ambient: 70-75
-Motor Temp: 210* (125* with 0 timing)

Motor was very smooth, could use a bit more bottom end-which could be a result of being overgeared. Car rolled 1-2 well, was a tick tight on entry of 3 and exit of 4 in heats. Loosened car up for feature, tight condition solved in 3/4. Temp. remained unchanged in main after dropping from 1.77 to 1.73 rollout, and chassis was not tight like heats. Try reducing rollout and check temp.

Thanks guys - we had a really good week at Competition Hobby.

55 entries, All 8 cars in the Big Block A-amin were Putnam Cars. Also the TQ/New Track Record holder in Small Block layed down the only 52 lap run, and was a Putnam Pro-Car too.
