Redneck RC Thursday Night Racing

This Thursday, July 3rd, we will continue our summer outdoor racing season. Track will open up at 5pm, racing will begin approx. at 7pm. Entry fee is $8 for first class, $5 for each addition class, and we will be running the following classes:

Trucks
Sprints (19Turn)
SMB EDM
Brushless EDM 13.5
BB EDM 19Turn
Mini Latemodels
Mini Sliders

We will also run gas classes if there are enough (3 or more) to run. We will have some parts, tires, motors and batteries on hand. If you need anything not typically racing related, please PM me or call the shop at 315-532-6826. The track address is:

Todays forcast for Oswego:

Today: Showers this morning becoming less numerous during the afternoon hours. High 71F. Winds WSW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 60%.
Tonight: Chance of a shower or two during the evening, followed by partly cloudy skies overnight. Low 57F. Winds NNW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.


For now, we are going to play this out. This track dries up rather quickly, in fact, we are able to put the golf cart on it right after watering the track, so I wouldnt let the chance of rain scare anyone just yet.

Thank you Jeff and Jim for posting this for us here and on Hobbytalk. There is no internet at Terrys place otherwise I would have been able to do that.

We are planning on using Fridays as a raindate. This will be affective starting with next week. If we get rained out next Thursday, we will race the following night instead.

I might have to dust off my stuff, Is the 19t EDM class going to have many people racing? If we dont go to Brockville, Canada for the sportsman series race on thursday I might have to stop out :greenflag:
