** Just a few notes from this week

* track was in good condition for opening night, we'll continue to work on it and get it a little better for next weeks racing.

* Jason Blum looked to have the field covered in the A-Main until he broke while leading.

* Good car count for the first week with the 13.5 brushless, hopefully this class will continue to grow, as they produced some of the best racing of the night.

* Jeff Hotaling, Ken and Bill Klinkowksy all had nitro cars out turning some laps of practice, all of them looked fairly quick. Just a note, if any of you guys with nitro cars that would like to get some laps on the track before the summernats are welcome to come up and turn some practice laps on race nights.

* Points for all classes will begin in two weeks on June 8th.

* That about it for this week, weekly racing will resume next sunday June 1st, starting time of 6:30pm.

Finally, was able to get complete day of racing in with no rain :D . We have 3 more vacations scheduled for the 1,000 Islands. I think we come home on Sundays:(

Would Very Much Appreciate Approx. Setup For Edm, Shock Oils, Springs, & Tires Used . I Think I Have Good Idea What My Jrc Car Will Need But Would Like Some Feedback From Regulars. Also Will Camping @ Track Be Ok For Summernats. Im Coming Up On A Shoestring Budget From Pa. Is There Also A Number For Track & Info On Classes Running.

Camping is ok for the Summernats. I would encourage anyone that is bringing a camper to bring a generator to power it.For class info heres a link to the wdra site, all the info for the summernats is on there. www.wdraseries.com (http://www.wdraseries.com)

For setup on your JRC car, I would get ahold of Mike and get his setup from him that he ran up here last summer when he won the small block A-Main. I could give you a base setup that we run on our GetBack cars here, but Mike could prolly get you closer for his chassis. Generally BSR Silvers are the tire of choice also.
