hpi 23 r's in the rear, just use the stock inserts. CW original street trac's in the front, ground down to slicks (or close to). Start with blue springs in the front (50wt oil) and golds in the rear with 60wt. I do not run a delta (yet), but a buddy of mine just got one and his set up is similar to this one, Run some laps and tweak from there.

correct. Which track do you plan on running at? The reason I ask is because the set up suggested works at Monee, which is very high bite. If you are planning on running elsewhere you may want to wait for Chad to reply, he races on all types of tracks.

Not racing at Monee.I am racing out west.Fremont raceway Ca.
Well hopefully I have some starting points here.If anyone else has some suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I'd run.
springs: rf=red, lf=gold, rr=blue, lr=copper
Oil; 60wt all shocks with #2 pistons
1.5 degrees of anti-squat
1.5 degrees left rear toe
.75 degrees right rear toe
top wing one hole forward front stock position
short right front camber link level
long right front camber link
right & left rear camber link, outer on hub carrier, inside one top plate
shock position in rear upper hole(replace the standard shock ends with dubro style rod end(rear only))
battery placement front position.
King pin ball studs on left and right.
Upper roll center hole in rear(hpi slicks), if your running a small tire(caps or foams) run it in the lower.
hope this helps,
this is the setup I use on a weekly show on rubber tires with a 4.5 or 5.5 6 cell Nimh.
