Honestly, all I did was drive. Matt "MurfDogg" Murphy told me what motor and gear to put in the car, anywhere from a stock 27T to a freaking wheelie monster 8x1 at Ridgecrest, had to be the most fun, mostly because of the ballistic speed!!

My setup hasn't really changed from the Open Wheel. NiMh, LiPo, handles awesome everytime.

Hopefully the GFRP I just got for my dirt oval truck will provide similar results!!

Thanks again Dustin!!!

Way to go Al. Better make sure the Chili Bowl is on your agenda in January so you and Sonny can show what the car can do on rubber tires again.

Don't know, burning a set of purples off in two runs is pretty impressive too. Did that in a run and a half with my mod wedge.

We'll see what happens. Shannon almost burnt her pavement car down this last weekend. Hasn't been a very good year with the midget. Has got to turn around here soon!!!

We'll see what happens with the Chili Bowl this year.

So do you have the Murf 4'x8' billboard on your late model like he had at Kranzels one year?

You missed a fun few days of racing at the Bowl. Next year will be bigger. Heck, how many places can you race in the dead of winter all the while wearing a short sleeve t-shirt, eating dust, breathing nitro fumes, and racing r/c cars? Cant get much better. ;)

Never saw that one. My side is an inch or so behind the wheel well and hangs back about 4-5 inches.

Depends on work. Want to do LM race in June. Want to do Open Wheel in Dec. Sort of hard to take another week a month later off from work. See what I can do.

It was not that big, lol but it was the biggest side dam I have ever seen. Car was very fast!

Congrats again and I hope to see you on the dirt oval trail some time soon.
